      This has been a nightmare please take my word never by from Clayton homes! This has been a nightmare from the beginning the porches are coming apart and are not build properly serval individuals have fallen off they do not touch the ground all the nails are coming out, roof leaks there is cracks and damage all through out the house, we were told our sink was stainless steel it is not rusting, we were told the flooring pvc, that there was no paper on anything, it was all a lie. Anything that has been worked on there was more damage caused and no one has repaired to the damage. The front door, it had a huge gap not only is the roof leaking water ran through the door and the wall was wet they just looked at it and said oh we don't see anything original door had to be replaced the new one was set wrong and on top of it hand us the can of paint, to paint the outside of the house where messed it up. Then we had the GM and Service Manager out they told me to turn them into the state commission and now the only thing that is going to get done is basically the roof that was shade on their part they now do not have to stand by there warranty. This is a horrible situation that we have been put in we are disabled one of us is on oxygen we have no Idea what damage has been done if we even have mold. There is so many problems I would never be able to list everything. All we get is it's the factories fault none of the people they send are certified, it's bad when repairs are super glue an spray paint from the Dollar Tree. When they came out I was told that a magnet will not necessarily stick to stainless steel then GM wanted silverware to make his point I did not argue back knowing that silverware is made with different metals they are not solid silver. I would not wish this situationon anyone. The house set here for several months before moving in told all the repairs would be done, it would be cleaned, all appliances would be inspected and running a lied again. Buyers beware!
