LEFT HAND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT RINGHT HAND IS DOING. THEY HAVE SCHEDULING ISSUES. One person said they would be there the other. Said I was not on schedule.

I, Jennifer T***** (Office Manager) spoke to Mr. K***** on 10/21/22. He was calling to confirm the date of his job, and I told him that he was on the schedule for Monday, October 24th and that there were a couple of jobs in front of him, so I couldn't give an exact time that the installers would be there. But, on Monday 10/21st, Mr. K***** called and spoke to David G****** (Gutter Production Manager) and was wondering when the insulation installers would at his house to install the insulation and David told him that his job wasn't on the schedule and that it had got moved to later in the week, but David told Mr. K***** he would have Sean T*****, Insulation Production Manager call ASAP. The insulation job was only moved to due to being down one insulation installer and that a prior job had to be finished. Yes, Mr. K***** should have been called to let him about the change Monday morning, but he wasn't. When Sean T***** talked to Ronald, he was very upset and cancelled the job.
