    Caveat Emptor! I am a disabled veteran who paid Dan Ivy to survey and plat our home in early 2022.
    In 6/22 we ended up changing our plan and I contacted Mr. Ivy on 6/10/22 that we needed a new plat and layout; as we changed our plan. He promised to meet me at our lot once we received our new plan back. On 6/29/22 I emailed and texted him the new plan. Despite several attempts via email, text and phone messages to date he has not responded in any way. He has ghosted us 100%! Taking advantage of Disabled Veterans and Elderly has become rampant in HSV. Buyer Beware - scammed again!!
