    I had signed up to purchase a magazine from them once a month for $157.50 each. On 9-30-23 I was billed and never received the magazine. My account said it was backordered when I checked for the delivery status since I recently had another issue with this company as well. The first issue I called them, sent them a message on their website, along with three emails and they never got back with me on that issue until I said I was going to file a complaint. This issue the same thing happened, I sent them a message on their website, and emailed them three different times over several weeks and they never responded. I do not feel valued as a customer paying $157.50 for a magazine so I canceled my subscription and want a full refund! I also filed a dispute with my credit card company as well.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  If the company would have responded to me as quickly as they did to the BBB I would still be a customer
