      This company has horrible billing practices. They turned one of my bills over to credit collection before they ever sent me an updated bill. First, they filed it incorrectly with my insurance and then took forever to get it filed properly. During that time, I made several calls to check on the status and was told I did not owe anything until insurance had responded and I received a new bill. Months later, they finally filed properly with my insurance which sent them the adjustment amounts. Yet, instead of sending me a new bill, they sent me to collections. That one was finally resolved after a lot of effort on my part. And yes, I have documented dates for all of this activity. Additionally I sent certified letters to both the pain mgmt company and the credit collector showing all of this information.
      Now I have received another letter from collections on a different bill that I ALREADY PAID! They sent me a bill at the end of May (statement date5/28/2024) which I got first week of June. I sent them a check on 6/10/2024. They sent me a receipt dated 6/14/2024. But then sent it to collections anyway. Now I'm having to go through all of the ridiculous nonsense of sending my proof to the credit collector.
      I would not recommend this company to anyone.
