    Absolutely horrible company to do business with. My husband and I rented a unit through Airbnb with them. The internet only worked the first day so we spent most of our time in the kitchen or outside. They stated we damaged a couch and ottoman with "coffee stains" which absolutely did not happen and are now trying to charge us $13,000 for a used couch. This is a bogus claim & shame on them for flat out lying about damage that never occurred during our stay. Public beware of these tactics for any future stays in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

    This guest did stay with us and damages to the leather couch were recorded and photographed by our housekeeping staff after checkout. The damages were more like heat stains from the bottom of coffee cups. 


    We filed a claim with Airbnb Host Protection and absolutely DID NOT attempt to bill the guest directly for this. We even stated in our host claim that we did not charge the guest, nor withhold their security deposit.  This is a very expensive leather couch and it absolutely could not be repaired because of the type of leather.



    After reviewing our data usage for the guest's stay, I do see where there was an interruption to the internet during the rental and that the guest did text in a report of this. This interruption was on the provider end and we reported the outage. Unfortunately, we were not aware that the issue had not been resolved promptly and we do apologize for that inconvenience. Our goal is for our guests to always have a great stay and have the amenities they need to enjoy their time.
