    I have been using M&M Heating and Air since 2013 when they installed my HVAC system in the house I was building. I've had problems with the York units ever since they were installed. I've literally had them out to my house every year since 2013 working on them. I always thought their prices were high but recently I found out they were unreasonably (rip off) high. My a/c stopped working in early May 2023 and they came out and found that the furnace fan had gone out. They gave me a quote of $4500 to repair it. They told me for $200 more they could just install a completely new furnace. I was about to tell them to replace the furnace and then I decided I should slow down, look for the part on the internet, and get a second estimate. A quick internet search led to me find the part, which was way cheaper than what they told me. I got a second quote from a very well known, reputable HVAC company in the Little Rock area and their quote was $2,500....$2,000 (almost 60%) cheaper than M&M. After this, I started thinking back to one of the outside units that they recently replaced. I decided to look up the cost of the unit they installed because, looking back, what they charged me seemed really high. I found the unit on the internet, retail for about $1,500 and read it is not a very good brand. On their quote they didn't list the brand or model they were going to install. They charged me around $4,200 to replace it and it took them less than an hour for the install. I wanted to support this family-owned, small business because I figured they had to be fair and honest to stay in business. That was a big mistake! This is partially my fault for just trusting them and never getting a second (or third) quote. I caution you to avoid this company at all costs or you will be getting lousy equipment at an astronomical price!!! I know that companies have to make a profit, but it should be done in an ethical manner.

    M&M heating and air has been servicing our home since 2013 and have been dependable and reliable as you would expect anyone to be. They do quality work and stand by their work with no questions asked. I would recommend them to anyone wanting quality work at a reasonable price.
