      My daughter has been coming here for years to get her hair done. Her appointment was at 10:00am. For a highlight and a silk press. It is now 4:00pm and she is just now under the dryer and they told her they wouldn’t be able to finish her hair!! Today was her only day off. So they are making her leave after she is done under the dryer! If they couldn’t do her hair they should have told her this before they even started so she could go somewhere else!! This would be unacceptable at ANY salon!! What beautician starts and doesn’t finish!? This is the second time this has happened. We will not be back. I refuse to take my baby anywhere that half *** does what they’re supposed to do!!! I looked over it taking so long because it is a school but not to finish and then expect me to pay all this money is ridiculous!!!
