    I financed a vehicle on March 7th. 2023, which I put down 2,000. 2 weeks later March 19th, the vehicle overheated as I was on my way home from work, I called car choice of jackson the following morning march 20th, which I was ran around to speak with someone from the service department because my car was sitting in a church parking lot. The whole service was in a meeting for the whole day I guess, when I really just needed my car tower from the area. The next 2 days later March 22nd, was told I couldn't get a refund "it's a loan it's not like you can give it back and say you don't want it anymore we can see what's wrong with it," is what I was told . March 23 I was told the head gasket was blown I can be put in a new car, sonic hatchback ??, if I didn't want to wait I politely declined the offer and decided to go to car choice website to pick one from the surrounding lots. I pick one from the Jonesboro location and had to wait on it to come in March 24, car then arrived March 25 I was told it had to be service I simply asked how long that would be and I kept hearing I don't know I don't know , so with all this being said it took for someone to get cussed out to get what I wanted from the very jump A REFUND, now I'm being told the other half of my payment is coming from FedEx thru the loan company It didn't take a week for me to give them 2,000 so why should I have to wait a week for my refund & to blame FedEx when they run everyday is ridiculous, I really feel like the company is so unprofessional & never have an answer to people's problems but quick to take money out of our pockets.

    So, I bought a vehicle a year ago and financed through Best Choice Auto Financial the car was maintained and I made sure to frequently get the oil changed because I do a little traveling to Nashville for work. Well on November 13th, my vehicle began to overheat. We ended up being stranded on the side of the road during a storm and stranded in Nashville a few days trying to assess the issue. We replaced multiple parts on the vehicle and ultimately found that the engine had failed. I then contacted the Service Advisor ****** ****** as well as the warranty company, they refused to work with the repair shop that I was able to locate (out of town). So fast forward to December we ended up having to get this vehicle towed to a Chevy Dealership where the warranty company was unwilling to work with them as well due to "overpricing" of the engine.

    This car had been inoperable for 2 months at this point Best Choice decided to step in and come get the car and fix it. This was 1/8/23 Almost 3 months with no vehicle, and that is when the calls for payments missed started. So we began to make payments - still no vehicle. Everytime I spoke with the service advisor she gave no information, her answers were limited to "i do not know ma'am". As of today, 2/8/2023 we still have no car we are required to make payments (which we have made) and are given another projected date of tomorrow. After speaking to the repair shop this information may be inaccurate and misinformation.

    Also, I have not even been offered a loaner car, deferred or anything during this time. We have been catching Uber/Lyft and also taking the bus ! What can be done!?

    CUSTOMERS CAR HAS BEEN REPAIRED AND SHE HAS POSSION OF IT,  WE ARE NOT IN CONTROL OF THE TIME IT TAKES THE WARRANTY TO APPROVE THE REPAIRS NOR THE TIME IT TAKES THEM TO SHIP PARTS.  WE HAVE DEFERED SEVERAL PAYMENTS FOR THE CUSTOMER AS A GOOD FAITH FOR THE TIME THAT SHE HAS BEEN WITHOUT HER CAR.

    I still have not received a formal apology from ****** ****** who is the service advisorz She was very rude and unapologetic during the entire 4 months I did not have transportation. Stating things such as “ u bought a car that had that had 100,000 miles as if this was a “me issue” I would like an apology as she made this issue 10x worse.

    This company is overcharging people like myself. They are trying to make me pay 6500.00 to get my car back when I only owe 1500.00. I’ve never been late on a payment until September of 2022. The interest rates are way too high. Mines is 18% for the loan for the car.
