    We sent one of our work vans there for a transmission replacement in April. After about a week we paid them almost 7000.00 to release the van. Within one hour of leaving it overheated. The business then stated to return the van and they would replace it again. This was on April 29. They told us it would be ready by Friday May 2. They refuse to let us speak to management, refuse to give us a timeline. And still have the van three weeks later. This is hindering our business tremendously. And the services were already paid for.

    I am so sorry for the delay on your van when we have to warranty out a part such as a transmission there is a process we have to take with the vendor that does delay us from just installing a new one immediately.  There is several pictures and documents we have to submit inorder to get a credit back for the parts to be able to perform the warranty.  We offer the best warranty in the state and your van will be done as fast as possible

    I am rejecting this response because: This may be the case but it doesn’t justify the lack of communication. All we have ever received as a response is we will have the owner get back to you and no one ever does. It has been over a month. No communication other than we are working on it. We expect when we pay for a service to have someone give us an explanation on what the delay is. This is the first genuine response we have received. And we have been given multiple dates for completion with no follow up. We continually have to reach out to the Auto Clinic just to get the same response, the owner is here but we cannot find him. We will have him call you immediately. It never happens. We need this handled immediately as this has gone on way too long. Once it’s complete I will consider removing my complaint.

    We did communicate with the actual employer who dropped off the van, ******.  The van has been completed and picked up.
