      I came home at 4 pm on a Friday to find my driveway blocked by their cable. They had draped cable from tree to tree along the street but since I don't have a tree in my yard the cable drooped down and blocked me out of my carport. Not only was I blocked out of my carport for the weekend, but there are a lot of children that live on my street, and this cable was less than 18 inches off the ground in places - well within reach of the kids. I called the service number and was told the workers were gone for the weekend and there nothing that could be done until Monday. Thankfully, the city utility department was able to move the cable that evening.
      Right Fiber called me back on Monday but offered no solution, just a weak apology and "we'll get right on it" explanation. They showed total disregard for neighborhood safety.
