    Brought my phone to have screen replaced and within a week was broken again. It was not dropped! As she continued to tell me. Said she would knock if 10$ off if 250.!! I also purchased a 15 foot drop case and screen protector. Was told to bring it in ( drove 30 miles) to see if it was a faulty screen, then was told it was dropped. I said no she said it could have gotten broken from your purse.
    Very in willing to help me, was very rude about how I carried my phone ! I’m 58 years old I know how to carry it!! I would like to just have the screen replaced at no charge. Was also told we do buy phones well of course you do this is an I phone primacy, not even a year old . Please help me or advise me what to do. No manager was available.

    I am sorry you had a bad experience. We do have 30 days warranty on the screens we fix as long as they don't have cracks or scratches. Sometimes damages to the Lcd caused by impacts may not transfer on the top glass. Therefore the customer believes there are no visible damages to the glass so it should be under warranty. I was told by my collogue that the Lcd of your phone was damaged internally. I understand your frustration and I am willing to help you with this problem. Instead of charging you another $200 for the repair I will do it for $100 plus tax. If you are satisfied with this please come back to the store and we will replace your screen again. Thank you.
