    The nature of the dispute is, that I have been working with DDS Dentures + Implant Solutions for 6 months to provide me with a perfect dental job, and they have not done so. I have been traveling an hour multiple times a month for the last 6 months for them to do their job with correcting their mistakes of my regular dentures. They were too big, they broke multiple times, they were very spaced out, continued falling out of my mouth during fitting, the lab continued to break the molds and place blame on the 3rd party company that they were currently using. I tried my best to continue working with them over these last 6 months, but they have shown me that their workmanship is not up to pare, and that I am not valued as a new customer. I was stated that I would receive a full refund, and now no one will answer any of my calls, nor return any calls. I am stressed because I was stated that I would receive a full refund of the $1138.00 in November, and I am still waiting. My self-esteem has dropped because I have no teeth. This has lead to a range of negative emotions, including anxiety, depression, anger, and denial. Also this has caused me self-image issues, social anxiety, and negative body image. I have speech impediment when trying to communicate with others, I cannot chew food properly, so I eat less and now a lot of soft foods, which leads to inadequate nutrition.

    Patient ***** ***** was seen in our office for extractions and flex based partials. The extractions were completed on 6/13/2024. Impressions were taken and sent to an outside lab. The lab lost those impressions. New impressions were taken on 8/6/24. The lab requested new impressions and more were taken on 8/16/24 and sent to the outside lab. The lab requested new impressions again. New impressions were taken on 9/13/2024. The lab never sent the partials. We fired the lab and got a new lab hired. ***** ***** was contacted and came in on 11/12/2024. At that time ***** told us that she just wanted her money back. A refund request was issued to our corporate office. A refund is being sent to ***** ***** at ** *** ***, Parkin, AR 72373. The matter is considered closed by our office.
