    Absolutely appalling service from Elite Climate Control in Jonesboro. Our air conditioning broke down during a blistering heatwave, causing the temperature inside our house to soar to an unbearable 90 degrees by noon. Despite spending approximately 30 minutes driving to our house, the technician couldn’t be bothered to wait even five minutes for the head of the household to put clothes on before discussing the emergency. Instead, they left without warning, leaving us in a dire situation. This house has ten people, including babies and elderly family members, not to mention five dogs, all suffering in the sweltering heat. This level of incompetence and utter disregard for their customers’ well-being is unacceptable. Their lack of basic customer service skills in such a critical situation shows they care more about their convenience than the comfort and safety of their clients. Avoid Elite Climate Control at all costs – they are unreliable and unprofessional.
