    The date of when he came to put my back patio awning was put up was on July 2, 2024.
    I paid $4811.37 and he told me if we had leaks that he would work on it and fix them until I didnt have any more. He has been out to my house on numerous occasions. The first time he put up damaged panels so the had to come and replace those. Second time, he came out to fix some corners he didn't caulk. Third time, he came to fix leaks. Fourth time, he came out to fix leaks. 5th time to fix leaks again. 6th time he had to come out to retape panel spots where it met the roof. It is still leaking and he has not responded to me in a month. I have reached out to him by phone and text and he has yet to contact me. I just want my awning to not leak like he promised that it would'nt. I have severall pics and videos showing all my leaks and it would not let me download for some reason. Let me know if I can send them another way. Maybe through text. I just want my awning fixed to where it does not leak and if he doesn't want to do that, I would like for him to refund me some money.
