Never completed job and what they did work on, was all wrong. Have been in touch with them about their work and they never came back to fix it. Have a contract with them and they never fulfilled it. They had other work they were going to do but after seeing the very low quality of their work I wouldn't allow them to do the rest. We now have problems with our floors, that we didn't have, due to their poor repair that is falling down. They apparently know nothing about floor joists or what it takes to fix it. I couldn't possibly recommend them to anyone. Mr. Sims left his workers to do the job and never came back to check up on them.

We did complete all work that was required by contract and even fixed fencing for the client that he never paid us for. There was other work, but client never did contract us to complete the repairs due to cost.
Yes, my guys did not put cement pavers down when they leveled the subfloor which was discovered by termite inspection. The client can use the fencing repair money that we never did receive, and hire someone to install pavers.
I can send my guys out next week to fix whatever is wrong with the work that we did, but they will have to pay for the fencing repairs that we did.
The area is sitting around farmland and heavy water retention in that area. We cannot be responsible for any additional damage to structure.
