      Do not EVER use Payless Furniture and Appliance in Paragould! They brought out a fridge Saturday...it wasn't the one that I picked out, got it stuck in the back door and my husband had to help them get it unstuck... ruined our back door and now we have to replace it. I went up there this morning for a refund of my money and they told me they couldn't do it because since my husband touched it, we were liable for the damage to the fridge. When I asked to see the "damage", I was told that they would send me pictures of it instead of letting me see it myself. This is the worst place I have ever dealt with!!! I don't recommend anyone go there!!!!

      The refrigerator that was delivered was the correct one that the customer picked out in the store and was verified by the agreement paperwork that the customer signed. The customer’s spouse intervened in the delivery process at the protest of our technicians and damaged the refrigerator. The customer then wanted to return the refrigerator which was significantly damaged. We did allow her to return the refrigerator that she damaged, and the only amount that was not refunded was the $20 agreement/paperwork fee which is non-refundable.
