      I am working on an old project car and bought new tires from them last year
      When I got my car to where I could start and move it, I realized i had bought too big of a size for the front. On April 15th, 2025 I dropped 2 of my wheels and tires off to have new ones put on and told the service tech no less than 3 times that I wanted to keep my old tires since they were brand new and never been on the road. I was told they would order my new tires and give me a call when they were ready, that was a Wednesday, on Monday I called to see if they were ready, they were. When I went to pick them up, they couldn't find the old ones. I've called, stopped by the shop, called again. Each time they tell me they would call, but never did. There has been absolutely no attempt by this company to resolve this issue.

      As we've acknowledged in our previous communication, your tires were unfortunately misplaced during a period of high tire movement involving customer holds, scrap pick-ups, and warranty returns. While this does not excuse the outcome, we want to be transparent in explaining how the error may have occurred.

      More importantly, we want to clarify that we have made multiple attempts to resolve this with you by extending a goodwill offer—despite the circumstances surrounding the loss. In an effort to meet you in the middle, we’ve consistently offered the following two options:

      A $150 service voucher for use toward a future visit,


      or

      A combination of a $75 refund check and a $75 service voucher.

      These options remain available to you, and we’re ready to process whichever you prefer immediately.

      While we understand this doesn’t replace the original tires, our goal is to show that we value your business.

      Plaza tire ran my truck without oil in it causing my oil pump to fail. Then pulled my truck out of their shop handing me the keys while my low oil pressure light was on. This caused me having to replace my motor and they won’t stand by what they did. I’ve had a certified tech look at my truck determining it was ran without oil in it. Plaza didn’t report low oil or any engine lights before they started on my truck

      After we changed the oil the customer had the vehicle towed back to Plaza Tire Service stating that the vehicle had quit running. The vehicle was unloaded from the wrecker and we checked the oil with the customer present before moving the vehicle. The dip stick showed the vehicle was full of oil. The vehicle did not leave our shop with no oil and the customer observed that the vehicle was full of oil. We performed an oil change and replaced the cabin air filter. The services we provided were performed correctly and the vehicle left our facility with the right amount of oil and returned with the right amount of oil. Our services did not cause the engine failure.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Ford in Bentonville has proved that plaza has broken a hose leading to my oil filter. They said there is no way the truck did this on its own and whoever touched the oil filter last is who broke it. The last place my truck had an oil change was at Plaza tire.
