    Bought something 10 minutes ago, realized it was the wrong hair and couldn’t even exchange it.

    Do I have to give any stars? When we first arrived, it seemed to be empty. No clerks in sight. I was put off a little about the “no purses” sign. When I finally found a clerk, I asked if I could try on a wig, she yelled at me - “no try ons!” I tried to explain that I’m a cancer patient about to lose my hair and would like to see what it looked like before buying. She continued to rant about how everyone asked to try on and that it’s the same as buying underwear and then trying to return them. As I turned to leave, she yelled again - “I don’t need your money anyway!” I’ve never been treated so rudely by a business owner..
