      I am rejecting this response because:

      I never stated to anyone I only bought less than 2 gallons of gasoline. I did report to ***** about a week and a half or so, once the mechanic told me what the problem was that's when a I contacted ***** headquarters . Then come to find out that someone from Lipscomb was closing out the complaints and lying by saying the issue was resolved when it wasn't.

      I sent in proof of gas purchases and estimate as initially requested. As far as other complaints I know some personally that purchased their gas during that same period and everyone's car doing the same thing they also found out their gas was contaminated. The *****s in question were in **** ******* ******** and ********** **.

      I am only guilty of telling the truth. I have not reason to try to defame or spread lies about any person or company. You all are Guilty of not being a responsible business owner and being rude with customers when there is a complaints.

      It was over a month when Dept. Of Agriculture cam out to test. As I was told by the agency that since so much time had passed that it was going to be a good possibility that it wasn't going to show anything.

      Also, ******/Lipscomboil is guilty of damaging customers vehicles and causing us costly repairs. While they lie and say they never had complaints. Nothings perfect neither was your fuel during the 7th to the 10th of October 2024.

      **** ****** claims to have purchased less than two gallons of fuel from our facility on 10/8/24.  She did not report the "contaminated" fuel to us until 10/24/24, some 16 days later.  She has presented NO proof that any "damage" to her car was caused by our fuel.  We have had no other complaints at this station.  The Mississippi Department of Agriculture performed a site inspection and tested all fuel.  They found NO evidence of any "contaminated" fuel.  

      In short, *** ****** has repeatedly provided false information related to ******** ******* *******.  She is guilty of defaming Lipscomb Oil Company, and is guilty of distributing libelous content to various parties. Her allegations should be dismissed by the BBB.

      Dear Madam or Sir:

      I provided a response for Lipscomb Oil Company on 1/17/25.  As stated in that response, *** ******** claims are baseless to the point of being fraudulent.  She claims to have purchased less than 2 gallons ($5.00, per her receipt) of fuel on 10/8/24 from Lipscomb's station.  It was not until 16 days later, on 10/24/24 that she notified Lipscomb of "damage" to her car.  She has provided NO proof of damage to her car, period.  She has certainly provided NO proof that the miniscule amount of fuel she purchased from Lipscomb was the cause of any such damage.

      I request that you immediately dismiss these baseless, defamatory claims being made by *** *******

      I am rejecting this response because: Lipscomb Oil Company is not being truthful  Everything I have said in my complaint is one hundred percent true. I purchased gas several times the week of October 7, 2024 from *****, in which I purchased more than a said 2 gallons of gas. ( I never told anyone I bought 2 gallons). After sending in proof of purchase and a copy of repair estimate the company decides to come up with excuses and say things like I am making up a fraudulent claim because they are not accepting responsibility for their product. Also, making threats to sue me because of their faulty product.

      Since I don't see this matter being resolved. This matter can be closed with no resolution.
