    BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!! I ordered this kit 0n 10/09/2020, as you can see here I am 02/01/2023. The total cost for this kit was $1,185.06. In the beginning they would answer my emails (the last one was 10/28/22 and still no answer) and my calls but now no one answers my emails or calls. I called earlier today (02/01/2023; 11:05 am) and still no answer. This is just wrong, they have taken my money and have not given me the goods. I would never buy anything else from these people and if I were you, I would go somewhere else with my business. There are a number of good Dodge off road companies out there. IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP ME!!
    D.O.R. you could at least put a check in the mail and give me my money back. I think anyone would say i have been more than patient. This is the first time I have said anything publicly.

    I ordered parts in March 2022. I understood the parts may take a little longer than the website stated for delivery. I ordered control arms and sway bar endlinks. Late may or early June I received my control arms. We agreed that they would send me a partial order. It’s now Mid November and I haven’t received my endlinks. I usually email once a month to get an update. They keep telling me they’re waiting on material and or parts. Last week I emailed them requesting a cancellation of the remaining part of my order. No response. I’ve emailed multiple times requesting that they’ve acknowledged my cancellation. Still no response. Today I called with no answer and left two voicemails. I really wanted to like this company but I can NOT stand behind them.

    ALL of the negative reviews about DODGE OFF ROAD are legitimate and the Arkansas State Attorney General is taking legal action against them for their numerous violations of the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (ADTPA). They will take your money and provide excuse after excuse as to why they haven't delivered it, (11 months for a steering kit for me), with no indication it will ever be delivered.
    "WHEREFORE, the above premises considered, the State of Arkansas, ex rel. Leslie Rutledge, Attorney General, respectfully requests that this Court: a. Issue such orders, pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. §§ 4-88-104 and 4-88- 113(a)(1), as may be necessary to prevent the use or employment by Dodge Off Road of the practices described herein which are violations of the ADTPA and from further operation of the civil conspiracy; ............etc.)
    The absolute worst.

    Dodge off road LLC is nothing more than a common thief. Still owed $1,400 in parts a year and a half after ordering. Stopped responding to emails and refuses a refund.
