    We moved into the area in December last year and the only option for WiFi is this company. We were paying right at $90 a month and couldn’t use one device at a time without buffering or disconnecting completely. I sent in photos of the buffering, messages, and the absolute no signal on my phone and all they could say is it’s because there’s 5 devices. It’s just me and my husband and he is home very little and we were only using one device at a time. I would be home alone all day and couldn’t use my phone or the tv or anything. They disconnected us on March 8. I sent back their equipment and prorated the monthly fee and sent them the week that we were still connected and they’re still sending a bill that states we owe them $186. NO way am I paying another dime. It was all I could do to pay for the 2 and a half months that we were actually trying to use their services!
