    I have applied to these apartments months ago. Every time I call I either don't receive an answer or I'm told the same excuse. I have had to turn in the same paperwork numerous times. They can't keep anyone in the office. It's always someone new who can't seem to give me any information on my status. For the last 3 months I have been told that they are waiting on compliance to finish my paperwork or that it's pending in order for me to know the amount of my rent before I can sign my lease. In the meantime, my children and I are are sleeping on my sisters couch due to them promising this would be resolved months ago. I currently have a few weeks to find my children and I somewhere to stay due to my sister moving out of state. Hopefully, this issue can get resolved with these apartments, so we can stay somewhere income based instead of me having to move somewhere paying full rent on a limited budget.

    Due to a change in management, there have been some delays at the
    property. We are now working diligently to get our units turned so that we may
    place applicants. We have **** ********* file in hand and will be reaching out
    to **** ******* as soon as there is a unit available.
