      I had both home and auto insurance with Farm Bureau for over a decade. In the last couple of years Farm Bureau kept increasing the auto insurance until it was unaffordable so I found a different provider. When I did that they underwrote my home policy, just before it was supposed to renew. That is how I discovered that the previous year Farm Bureau had raised my home premium by FIFTY PERCENT causing an escrow shortage that increased my mortgage payment over $200.
      The rate increase was done without my knowledge or consent. They took the money and ran. And now I'm stuck with a sky high house payment that will make life quite difficult for the next year.
      Avoid Farm Bureau. It's not worth it.

      They drop your insurance without any reasoning. When trying to contact anyone within the company unless you are giving them money they you cannot get a return call or anyone in the office to even speak to you about issues.

      Auto premium has doubled in 2 years. Same vehicles, same policy. No claims. No violations. No change of address. No new drivers. Literally no reason. We have been customers for over 30 years. We are in the process of changing companies.

      ANYWHERE BUT HERE FOR INSURANCE NEEDS. Yellville arkansas location is a dumpster fire. This place is been ran downhill for a while. No customer service in the building. It's small town who knows who ,favoritism and it needs a new start. I will be taking my business elsewhere asap. I was told I'm a problem in front of other customers and they were also showed my home in pictures took when I said don't worry on pulling up the pictures. Now other customers have seen my privacy and when I asked the actually supervisor of the building not to in front of them. And I said why are they taking pictures anyways something change and she had no clue of how to answer. Never can get a straight answer with this place. They have no care for customer service. I had autodraft and my bank flawed in paying and they assume because I don't have money. That's rude. I'm tempted to get a lawyer over this. No reason to threaten my insurance because unknown. Simple fixes with customer service skills. These two have got too comfortable in that building. They need to get reprimanded. I have been loyal with farm bureau for 23 years . Family with them for 40 + .
