    On 10/14/2022 I made an appointment with Auto Audio to have three devices installed in my 2023 Kia Soul. The appointment was set for 10/21/2022 at 11am. I arrived on that day and time to drop off my vehicle. I was told by installer that they would be done on Saturday October 22 around noon. I had previously rented a car from Enterprise so as not be without reliable transportation for the two days. I also needed a vehicle for my employment should it be necessary.
    I called Auto Audio on Saturday to check the status and was told it would take another day even though Auto Audio would be closed on Sunday and Monday which means another two days. I called every day to check the status and was told each day that it would be delayed another day for some other reason. Same thing occurred everyday till late Friday October 28th. Each day a new reason for further delays. I reminded the shop that for each day delayed I'm having to pay car rental costs of @ $140.00/day which was unavoidable as I travel a lot for my job and must have a reliable vehicle.
    Friday, Oct 28th mid day, I was told that the work was complete. I returned my rental vehicle to Enterprise and they dropped me off at the Auto Audio location. My car rental costs totalled @ $1200.00 for the week. Even after all of the daily delays and excuses, Auto Audio still charged me $200.00 and, by the way, I was told that there credit card system was broke and I would have to have cash. Even after having my vehicle for seven days, they only completed 2 of the three device installations due to some other reason. Keep in mind that the three installs were simple and combined, would not take more than a few hours to complete.

    I've had my vehicle back for two days and one of the two devices installed had worked for a few minutes but now does not work at all.

    $200.00 installation charges
    All for a few hours of work and Seven days in the shop.
