    Took computer to get repaired and when I got it back all the programs that I had on it were gone and memory capacity was not the same I found that the hard drive had been removed and replaced with a different one I went back to ask where my hard drive was and he said it’s right here and that it did not work I told him all I wanted was the screen replaced

    I replace hard drive and screen that was bad and I was not paid a penny . I gave the old bad hard drive back to the  customer that brought in and pick up his computer . I do not know this lady so sad .What do you think I did wrong .

    I have never seen this woman before or talk to her .But the laptop I think she is talking abt I replace the 17.3 screen , 250 gb  hard drive and gave back the old 1 tb hard drive.  I have a lot of  power cords and hard drives what would I want with hers . I was not paid a penny and if she take it and find out that was not hers I will buy her another one . So sad .Her husband told me she was crazy  I see now. Tell her pls leave me alone . .

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I feel like he should have replaced the hard drive with a 1tb memory hard drive not a 250gb. Also my husband did not call me crazy.I just want hard drive with same about of memory that I had with windows installed. I will deal with the other apps not there and Microsoft office
