      I am here to report complain about how badly Telcoe has handled my auto loan refinance application past 2+ months.
      I started the auto refinance loan process in March 2025 and worked with Tony **** (NMLS *******) and then Amanda ******* for membership account. I was tossed around multiple times between them and had spoken to both numerous times.
      Also, for opening membership account delayed by 2 weeks since Amanda was OO. Called support number and again worked with multiple support staff. However, no luck and no progress.
      Finally, gave up my effort and my chase to refinance auto loan with Telcoe.
      I will be reporting to social media and BBB to let other customers know about how unprofessional and poor service Telcoe Federal Credit Union provides.
      Also, taking screenshot of this support form submission to see how the company will respond to my this email.
