    A bit of a disappointment. I know a lot of you use the doll peddler. I have too! I have spent close to a thousand dollars since May 10th and I have enclosed receipts. I ordered several wigs from them, this time using their eBay store. I didn’t receive ONE of the wigs after it was marked delivered. So I went through eBay’s process, which is contacting the seller first, and boy did I get a rude awakening! The tone that was used with me, my mouth was on the floor! All this over a $20 wig! Collectors, be mindful with who you order from… take heed, here is your forewarning from this shop. I hope no other Collector has to experience this. Upon looking at the shops online reviews today I see that this is something that happens quite often and the horrible customer service is something that is displayed on a regular basis.

    Brandy ******* is angry because eBay did not support her complaint. She made this complaint to BBB as soon as eBay did not support her complaint.


    Actually she ordered one wig $29.90 and tracking indicated delivered to her.....This is email to us from eBay.

    All correspondence from Doll Peddlar to her was professional, clear, organized and carefully detailed issues. Our rating on eBay is 99.1%; 4.5 out of 5 several there places.  It is not unexpected for angry consumers to leave negative feedback.  Awareness of this lashing out is the reason eBay included "The case will not affect your seller performance. Any feedback left for this transaction will be removed."
