      David from Dash heating and cooling was on time, polite, informative and fast. I have the preferred customer package. Dash came out on Sunday 1 hour after I called when my AC stopped working. 95 degrees with heat index and humidity...it didn't take long for my home to start heating up. David came to the rescue, less than one minute found the problem and had the part in the van. Replaced it and my AC is working great. I have been with Dash for about 3yrs and I have no intention of changing. Thank you Dash. It's refreshing to have a company that actually cares about their work.

      The problem was quickly found and the technician talked me through the entire steps of what it could be to what he was gonna do first and showed me the old parts taken off the system. And recommended things to follow up on.

      Our technician David was very helpful and speedy in fixing the issue with our A/C! He went over everything in detail and kindly explained the issue and solution. DASH was able to service our system within two days of calling them compared to three weeks for other companies!!

      Problem was diagnosed quickly. David replaced the thermostat and it’s working great now!!! :)
      I also signed up for a yearly maintenance contract and saved money on the repair cost!
