    I checked in and stayed at the Holiday Inn in Little Rock, ARKANSAS on May 6, 2023 around 8pm. I checked out the following morning around 4am. Later the following week I noticed a $20 hold to my debit card. I called to see why there was a hold and they told me it was for any damages that may have incurred, but that if it wasn’t refunded by Friday, May 12th to call back. It wasn’t refunded by the 12th so I called back. This time, I was told to call back after 3 to speak with Miss ****. I called Miss **** after 3 and she told me sometimes it takes 7-10 days for the hold to release. She told me to give it until Wednesday and if the refund was not there to call back. I called back and was told to speak with *****. I called ***** back and was unable to reach her but I left a voicemail. I then received a call from *******. ******* gave me her direct number and told me if the refund was not showing by Friday to call her back. I called her Friday, May 19th and left a voicemail with no callback as of Sunday May 20th.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, however, the charge came off May 27th, so no further action is required.
