      Long story short,

      I had 2 rings in Pawn that were late.
      There were no phone attempts from the store to try to save my items before they were pulled or at least a phone call to give adequate options. If I had not called the store myself to inquire why I could no longer see my items on the App, I would have never known. The store employee (*****) that attempted to help just made it worse with her own confusions and never pulled the rings like she said she was going to do immediately. She confirmed they never called me prior to pulling which is their process. I never had any issues with Ipawn whom they took over.
      Now my items have been sold and they were very sentimental to my livelihood.
      I also sent sent email on company’s website and also their Facebook page. I am still awaiting contact to resolve to help me.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  
       
      The company Braswell has contacted me for resolve.  They have secured my items for my retrieval and I am satisfied with resolve. 
      I would like to close the complaint.
