      Worst lawn service in my nearly 20 years at this address. Rep informed me it would take up to 1 year before I would see any improvement in my lawn, after completing the service. I told him it would not take that long and I was not pleased with the service. Spoke several times with office managements to inform them of my conversation with the rep. More weeds appeared after a few days, none dying. I paid my bill and ask them not to contact me again. We hired another company to get rid of the weeds.

      I have been with this company for a couple of years. Never an issue until lately. I messaged them about areas that weren't treated. They sent the technician and I spoke to him and even showed the areas that are included in my yard. Apparently he doesn't care or didn't listen. I now have more weeds than I started with when I first hired them. Messaged the company over a week ago and no response. Sad that after all of this time you choose to not do what is right. A homeowner shouldn't have to buy additional products to get rid of weeds. Find someone else because clearly the new guy I got doesn't care! Was never an issue with J****.

      I hired Fairway Lawns in April 2022.
      Summarizing my experience:
      They negotiated a reduced contract since it was already more than 1/3 of the way through the year. We agreed to service calls spaced 5-6 weeks apart. Fairway then violated the terms of the contract. The last two "service calls" were less than 4 weeks apart.
      The service was completely ineffectual, lawn had lots of thatch and weeds. It was in good condition when I hired Fairway. Whatever they applied, it didn't work.
      Second to last service call, tech came and left in less than 10 minutes, I have a 1 acre property, 8500 square feet under contract. It is not physically possible to treat an area that large in less than 10 minutes.
      On the last "service call", they never applied anything. The technician came and left in 3 minutes. I suspect he simply put the sign on my lawn and left, thinking no one was home.
      I called the office on October 12, both to complain and to terminate the service. I spoke to a manager there, explained all of the above. She told me if I was not satisfied with the service, I would not be billed for the last service call. Six months later, they took me to collection.
      Over the past week, I have left two phone messages and submitted a message through their website, asking for a manager to call me back. They never responded. They have shown no interest in peaceful resolution.
      I would highly recommend choosing a company other than Fairway Lawns.

      Love Fairway Lawns. They have been caring for my lawn for over 3 years. They made corrections that prompted me to leave this positive review. There was an issue they corrected on 10-10-22.
      THANKS to the manager Brian and his Memphis team for getting things right and on track again.

      I really don’t understand these reviews as they have done have done an excellent job on my lawn and will say better than any other come and I mean all the larger ones like true green.
      Have you ever call them to address your issues as I have as soon as I see something as it doesn’t take long for the bugs and fungus take over and are you maintaining your irrigation system???
      I check and adjust my irrigation once every month or two and call them as soon as I see an issue and did this with the other companies and Fairway and was the best performing company one. This is not a one way expectation with no responsibility on your end.

      Great service in the Jacksonville branch. For 10+ years doing business with Truegreen and there is no comparison. Prefer Fairway Lawns over Truegreen.
