    Rib eyes were very thin and had gristle. Did not have a good flavor. My husband spent $300 and it was definitely not worth it. we will never buy again!

We would be more than happy to exchange any product you may have an issue with. Even though complaints like this are rare we take pride in the fact that our number priority is our customers.     Was a little leery at first, but once I got there I was very impressed with the customer service and the attentiveness of the staff. I purchased the 20 for 40 Rib-Eye special and a box of their beef. I was really surprised at the quality of the meat and my family does love it. This whole experience was fun and I got a great deal on some good meat. I will be buying from them again in the future.

    Do NOT buy from this company! They ripped me off! They charged an extra $30 on my debit card that was unauthorized. I was disputing it with them then they completely blocked me from the website h from the chat. They are advertising "20 ribeyes for $40" This is how they are luring people into their scam! This is fraud & should be reported.

    I am sorry you believe this was a "fraud" or error on our part. As I tried to discuss with you on the phone your purchase total was $240 dollars, you in turn left the salesperson a $5 tip and completely disregarded that their was sales tax due as well. As anyone who does any kind of purchases know when you go to a store and purchase items, the State, County and City require sales tax. And we as a business are required by Federal and State law to collect this tax and then forward it every quarter to the state. I tried to explain this to you but you were belligerent and rude and started posting untruths on our social media at which point I decided to block you. So lets go ahead and do the simple math on your purchase. $240 for the products -- the sales tax rate in Watonga, Ok is 11.375% now the break down goes this way(4.5% Oklahoma sales tax, .875% Blaine county sales tax and 6% City of Watonga Oklahoma sales tax, which comes to 11.375% sales tax) So, your $240 dollar purchase with sales tax included is $267.30 and you also gave my salesperson a $5 dollar tip which means you should of been charged $272.30. Your total charge was $270. So if anything the salesperson tip ended up being $2.70. I tried to explain this to you on the phone and through messaging to no avail. We do business across the United States and would never intentionally try to as you say it (rip you off). We have had one complaint in the last 3 years and that was resolved. We treat our customers with respect and integrity. I wish you had been calmer on the phone and I could explained it, so that you would have understood it. Hopefully in the future if this kind of situation arises with someone else you do business with, you will take a breath and communicate instead of jumping to conclusions. Have a blessed day.
