    A few weeks ago, I went to this place for lip filler and ended up having a vascular occlusion—a serious complication that caused immense pain and required an emergency visit to have the filler dissolved. This is not the experience I signed up for. I received no compensation, no real apology, and no effort to make things right. At my follow-up appointment, the owner was sitting in the waiting room talking to someone and didn’t even acknowledge me—not a word of concern or apology for what I went through. This was a frightening and painful experience, and I expected far better care, professionalism, and basic human decency. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. At Lotus Luxe, patient safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we take all feedback seriously. We also take our reputation seriously. It has come to our attention that this individual has been spreading false and misleading information about our services on social media (Facebook, google, and now BBB). While we respect every client’s right to share their experience, intentionally posting false reviews is damaging and unfair to our business and the dedicated team behind it.

    While we respect our clients’ privacy and are committed to maintaining a high standard of care, we must clarify some inaccuracies in this review. The client in question received a full refund for the filler treatment and was not charged for the dissolving process, reflecting our commitment to patient care and satisfaction.

    We strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment for all our clients, including during follow-up visits, and we are disappointed to hear this perception of the interaction. However, it is essential to note that our team acted promptly and professionally to address the client’s concerns despite the client declining recommended follow up.

    We remain dedicated to providing safe, high-quality aesthetic services, and we encourage open communication to ensure our clients have the best possible experience.
