Upon contacting this company I was given the price prior to the arrival which was $125.00. I explained my theory as to what I thought the problem was, which was a wad of paper clogging my commode. When he arrived I directed him to the commode, he went to his truck for a 6 ft snake. I was standing near by when he looked at me and said he charged extra for me looking at him, I left the bathroom. He came out almost immediately saying he needed to take the commode up and the fee had increased from $125.00 to $250.00. When I asked why, he said he felt the clog was more than 6ft. I declined because we have a snake 6ft long and had used it prior to his visit. I also explained the procedure all other Plumbers perform to unstop clogs here yet he didn't respond to that. He charged me the $125.00 even though he put the snake in for 6ft (according to him). My commode had overflowed onto the floor (he didn't mention it I saw it as I passed by) .We are exactly where we were prior to calling him.. I was so ready for him to get out of my home I paid the $125.00 (for nothing) even after he loudly expressed that he had done something to unclog the toilet (used a useless snake). We would NEVER recommend his business to anyone and feel cheated.

The price of $125 was given to unstop the toilet only, as stated to the customer (who claimed it was a wad of paper clogging her toilet). I also informed the customer that if the toilet had to be pulled, then the price would go up. When I flushed the toilet, it did come to the top, and normally, a hand auger would fix the issue, but not when it's inside the sewer line, and the clog was more than six feet deep. The customer wasn't happy because she wanted me to go on top of her house, and state code says a plumber cannot go on top of the house to unstop a sewer line. She also made a racist statement, telling me that she could have gotten a white plumber to do the job. I also offered not to charge at all. She insisted on paying me the $125. I informed her that I'm not ripping anyone off because God sees everything, and of course, she got upset and slammed the door. I do send out my prayers to this customer that she learns to tell the whole truth because everyone has to answer for what they do in life.
