    Multiple issues - Service scheduled for a day and not showing and not calling. Then not showing the next day. Then finally reaching them fri and they had a truck out of commission but no solution until Monday (we had a leak). The tech did the repair without a quote and they charged without discussing what was done or how charged. But then didn't even make sure it was fixed and working before leaving. Called a few days later to get them back out. Same tech said the motor was seizing up which would be 2500-3000. Nope, it was two $8.44 capacitors and pump fired right up. Then had the gall to charge me for that trip after leaving a message for the owner to discuss. Then Adam hung up on me. I'm flipping furious. Horrible service in the office and tech, call ANYONE else.

    This company is horrible. They have abandoned our pool incomplete. It has been 4 years and they have not even attempted to complete the items remaining. They are not trustworthy and should be avoided.

    We finished this client's pool in 2019. The owner and Service Technician along with a construction crew went out to finish up the punch list for this customer and everything was functioning properly when we left. We have not heard a word from this customer until this review.
