    On February 20th, 2024 this company reached out to me, ****** **** specifically to work with me on custom packaging for my small business. After months of back and forth and being resistant to work with me on providing actual proofs and me going over countless inquiries, I decided to place an order with them under the assumption that what we agreed upon would be provided. After paying for these on April 18th, 2024 and then receiving this well after. I received a soaking wet box of cardboard custom boxes (which they knew about and confirmed would happen) =, that were not at ALL what were promised or discussed in my copious amount of correspondence with this organization at the end of May 2024. I immediately shared proof that this was not okay, the boxes were a mess and beyond that, not what we agreed upon in materials and requested a refund and did my due diligence and was told that I needed to send samples to China. I refused to do this as this company was masquerading as though they were in Arkansas and I told them such. They then said that they would give me a refund and started the process but it would take two months, this was on June 11th at 2:32pm. Now they no longer answer emails, phone calls don't go through, I tried the chat function and once they realized who I was they no longer respond. I'm stonewalled after being promised my funds back which I have written proof of. The company is also listed of the payment that I made to **** ********* ********* ***. and I have proof of the payment as well.
