We have a new home needing electrical work done. Called and a very respectful, polite man answered the phone. Told him what we needing.
Schedule the day and time he would be there. When I arrived he was already there.
Mr. Scott gave an estimate which was a very reasonable price. Before he began the job, he made sure that we were on the same page.
He started the job when he said he would, call me to let me know he arrived at our home, and what I really loved he texted us pictures of the progress of his work. After he completed our electrical work, he explained how our thermostat works, water heater, panel box, dishwasher, and all appliances it was very easy to understand. He said if we have any questions give him a call.
If someone ask me, that they need electrical work done, I will recommend Dreamland Investment Properties. He did a very good job.

I wish I could give Mr. Sc**t with Dreamland Investment Properties ZERO stars. Before this most recent job I hired him for, my mother and I, who are both licensed realtors in the state of Arkansas, have used him personally and referred him professionally to our clients without any problems. However, that was definitely NOT the case when I hired him as my main contractor for one of my investment properties in April of 2023. We discussed the scope of work and moved forward with him handling most of the remodeling for around $8K and only taking about 1 month for completion.
It’s August of 2023 as I write this and the remodeling we agreed on him doing for my property is still NOT COMPLETE. At this point, I’ve had to cut my losses and try to start with a new contractor that will have to come in and complete Mr. Sc**t’s subpar/mediocre work.
Mr. Sc**t has NO consistent crew working with him even though he told me before starting the project that he had the resources to efficiently complete the job. Every time I would ask Mr. Sc**t when I could expect him to have the job completed, he would tell me a day, and that day would come but there would either be LITTLE OR NO PROGRESS. Some days I would show up to check on my property and NO-ONE would be there working. Mr. Sc**t left my garage full of garbage from the job and thought it would be okay to store his trailer there while off working on other jobs on the side. MR. SC**T IS UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD, LAZY, AND CAN’T FINISH ANYTHING HE STARTED! Instead of just doing whatever it took to get the job DONE to my (the customer’s) satisfaction, Mr. Sc**t made excuses for why the job was severely delayed. Not once has he offered to give me back all or some of the money from the draws I paid him on time nor has he been sincerely apologetic for the stress, worry, and financial burden this has caused me. I will NEVER use nor refer to anyone else again Mr. Sc**t for any type of contracting or electrical jobs.Dreamland Investment Properties

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your business, as well as your mother’s and the clients that have been referred to us over the years. While this is not the typical experience we strive to provide we do acknowledge, and apologize we were not able to complete the project in the timeframe initially promised, as well as for any stress or worry the delay in completion may have caused. The project was 90% complete, and we were only compensated for the work that was completed. Any unfinished items were part of the remaining balance not received before being asked to leave the jobsite. If you would like to discuss further feel free to give us a call
