    This was one of our favorite lunch spots until today. My friend & I brought our kids (two well-behaved almost 5 year olds) to lunch here like we've done many times before (most recently 2 weeks ago). We were seated at a booth next to an older lady who seemed annoyed from the moment we sat down. She rolled her eyes and stared at us, as well as whispered to the person with her every time our kids talked. Our kids aren't always quiet, but they have manners and know how to behave in a restaurant. My friend & I started getting so uncomfortable with the way this table was acting, we told the kids they could sit on the couches (right behind us, where we could see them), & they could talk to each other there while we waited on lunch. They just wanted to play with their babydoll & stuffed animal. Less than 5 minutes later, a bald guy in jeans  literally charged toward us. He was yelling "ARE THOSE YOUR KIDS!?", & we quickly and calmly replied, "yes", & then he lit into us. I sat dumbfounded thinking he must be joking. He was flaling his arms saying "Go get them off MY furniture right now! This is unbelievable! If a mirror falls on them, I'll be liable and get sued." My friend jumped up to get the kids, & he followed her there, yelling "SERIOUSLY! and get them off!" the entire way. We have NEVER been spoken to that way before in our lives, much less as a paying customer. We are the first people to discipline our kids if they're misbehaving, but sitting on couches, playing with their dolls wasn't any reason to react that way. A simple, "if you don't mind grabbing your kids" would have sufficed. We were so uncomfortable after that. I told a server that I recognized from last time what happened, & she was so apologetic. I told her it wasn't her fault. She told me the guy is the co-owner of the place, Anthony ****. Well, good job Anthony, we'll be sure to tell ALL of our friends how unkind & non-kid friendly your restaurant is thanks to you.
