    I am on the national do not call registry, yet still received a call from this business. If this business cannot abide by the laws and regulations of the national do not call registry, I feel they cannot be trusted to abide by other laws and regulations

    Hello, 

    We always honor the DNC list and do not contact any person that shares with us that they do not wish to be contacted!  We also pride ourselves in abiding by all laws and regulations.  

    We received multiple phone calls last week asking that we do not call them again, when we researched those peoples numbers, they were not in our customer management software.  Additionally, the few people that I spoke with that called in stated that whoever called them claiming to be us immediately started asking for financials and personal information, which we do not do.  

    Since we now have had multiple people with the same complaint, and none of their numbers are in our CRM, it leads me to believe that someone is claiming to be us to use our good ratings to get people to trust them and share information.  

    I just researched *** ********** phone number, name and home address.  None of which are in our databases.  Again, this causes me to believe that someone else called him acting as Omega Solar Energy.
