      This facility in Hot Springs, falsely advertised gated with code locked down at 10pm, and cameras on site. Saturday morning I found my lock cut everything missing and or tore up. The gate was wide open, has been I'm just finding out for a month or longer, the cameras have been painted black, so they don't work, no telling how this has been like this. Left a message at the office, since no one was there. They haven't even bothered to call me back. I do not recommend using this tacitly and I'm filing suit for false advertising.

      Ms. Johnson, I apologize for the theft of your property at our facility in Hot Springs. I understand why you are upset, I would be as well. When someone has violates another person by stealing from them, I believe most people would be angry. Though you did not receive a return call the facility manager did speak to a gentleman who came to the office to discuss the situation. At the time of the theft we did have an issue with the gate. That has been resolved and the gate is operational. It is our objective to provide a secure facility for our customers. It is unfortunate that there are selfish and dishonest people around who look for opportunities to take things that are not their’s. I do apologize for the loss of your property.
