      Absolute worst experience trying to sell my book!
      On 12/15/2023 -Tried to sell book back to university bookstore (Follett) and was told to contact Valorebooks instead.
      On 12/17/2023 - Sold book to Valorebooks for the quoted price of $17.40. (Originally, I paid $82.)
      On 12/20/2023 - Received email from Valorebooks price was locked in. Shipped book.
      On 12/29/2023 - Received email from Valorebooks stating sellback order received and is being processed.
      On 01/10/2024 - Emailed requesting payment status. Valorebooks stated January 4, 2024 check was mailed out.
      On 01/17/2024 - Emailed requesting payment status. Valorebooks stated January 4, 2024 check was mailed out.
      On 01/22/2024 - Emailed requesting payment status. Valorebooks stated January 4, 2024 check was mailed out.
      On 01/26/2024 - Emailed requesting payment status. Valorebooks stated January 4, 2024 check was mailed out. Valorebooks stated mail delayed up to 21 days. Valorebooks offered to cancel original check (which I NEVER received) and reissue new check. Valorebooks stated February 4, 2024 check should be received.
      On 02/07/2024 - Emailed requesting payment status. Valorebooks never responded. Left voicemail requesting payment status. Valorebooks never responded.
      On 02/12/2024 - Emailed requesting payment status. Valorebooks never responded. Left voicemail requesting payment status. Valorebooks never responded.
      On 02/19/2024 - All attempts at receiving payment for my book have failed. I believe Valorebooks has no intention of ever paying me anything for my book!
