    I saw Dr Greg ******** on 09/27/2023 and was told that he saw a 1.5 x 2cm mass in my throat and was concerned about it and was going to refer me to the UAMS head and neck oncology clinic. A week later and they had still not sent the referral. They finally sent it but UAMS can not see me for 4 months. So I called back to attempt to get them to refer me to another head and neck oncologist and they have done nothing but give me the run around and or ignore my calls/ hang up on me. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCALLED FOR.
    If there is a possibility of me having cancer in my throat I need to get it taken care of ASAP. This clinic is NOT TAKING THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY, and I DO NOT APPRECIATE IT.

    We did see Mr. Norman and a referral was sent to an ENT Dr., and to UAMS head & neck oncology. But as he said, it was to be 4 months before they could see him. If Mr. Norman would contact his insurance company and get a list of ENT doctors and give us a call, then we would be more than happy to refer him to a doctor that is recommended by his insurance. Hopefully someone that can see him sooner than 4 months. Our receptionist remembers him calling and said that the call was dropped, she did not hang up on Mr. Norman. We do take our patients seriously and Dr. McKinney goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of his patients. We hope Mr. Norman will call or come in with names of Drs. that his insurance company recommends and we will be more than glad to refer him to one of them.
