    We had Artesian Bottleless Water come to our business for a 7-day trial of their machine. During the installation, their technician broke one of our waste lines — and instead of informing us, they left without saying a word, leaving the issue unresolved.
    At the end of the trial, we decided not to move forward with their service, which clearly didn’t sit well with them. When they returned to uninstall their machine, they failed to properly reconnect our original equipment. Although the technician claimed everything would be put back as it was, he simply placed our equipment back in its spot without actually reconnecting the water lines — most likely because they had damaged it to begin with.
    I called their sales representative, Scott ******, to report the issue. Instead of addressing the damage or offering to help with the repair, he tried to push other equipment we never asked for. When I told him we weren’t interested, he hung up on me — a completely unprofessional response. He also refused to take any responsibility or cover the cost of the repairs his company caused.
    This entire experience was extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend avoiding Artesian Bottleless Water if you're looking for a company that values integrity, accountability, and basic customer service.
