    I was one of a group of Russell’s first residential customers when he began his HVAC business years ago. He, however, seems to have become to large/busy to remember/appreciate his original customers in our small town. Only wants to conduct repairs after charging for yearly service contracts, even though he sold and installed my HVAC system to me back in 2013. I called for service the week of 11/13/23 as my furnace isn’t working properly and was told by his son that they were booked solid through week ending 11/25/23. I asked for a service call on Monday, 11/27/23 and his son stated that he would schedule it. Monday, 11-27/23 came and went with no service call even after I left a message that same morning. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call me back. This business is a waste of time and I do not recommend!

    We would like to address
    the nature of this review that you left. We do our best to work with our customers sometimes our workloads we can't allow us to be there the same day as the call comes in.

    The call was taken By
    Andrew and informed was passed to the person that works our schedule that you
    needed your unit checked out and someone would call you back to schedule appointment.

    Lynanne and I have reached
    out to you by the phone number you left.

    Each time we left a
    message in your voicemail each time or message that mailbox was full.

    We cannot set appointments
    till we know someone will be the property to have access to equipment.

    We are sorry if there are
    hard feelings, but no one here can remember that you called back to verify with
    us a time when someone would be on property to set up a time and day we could
    be there. We when back through our phone record of this timeline and found no
    incoming calls from the number given.
