      They did not honor the contract signed in 2020 and kept increasing the price from $145 at the time of signing to $215 in 2021. We were waiting on contract for 1 year and by the time market has moved up drastically. We lost money because of their delay and opaque communication. Very unprofessional!

      Dont TRUST these builders. He wont honor the contracts that we sign. They are the worst. In 2020 we signed contract with this builder for 148 per sqft in bentonville and he promised to deliver the house by 2021 march-april. After we signed the contract with this builder we didn’t looked elsewhere. After 3 months he told us material costs are increased so agreed to pay 5000$ more. Again after 7 months he said materials cost went up and he cant decide the prices and he cancelled all our contracts. During this 7 months there were lot of other communities in bentonville almost everyone honored the prices that they wrote in contracts ( one builder asked for 5000-6000 more which is reasonable and buyers agreed) . I have at-least 5 friends who booked houses in 5 different communities and everyone honored the prices. I still don't know how come material costs effected only this builder but not builders in the area. Finally, he started the construction late and he ended up selling the houses for 220 per sqft.
      During this time if we could have signed contracts ANYWHERE is bentonville we would have been in house by now. Just because we choose this builder we don't have house till now.
      So please be careful before you choose these guys.
