  One of our neighbors recommended MRI Roofing to us after a major hailstorm hit the area and caused extensive damage to our vehicles and property, including a leak in our roof that led to other issues in the house.
  The owner came out to our house to meet with me personally about the issue.
  My first impression of Shane was a great one.
  He was very polite and sincere.
  You could tell he was a seasoned professional, without question.
  He immediately protected the area that was leaking with a tarp, until they could get a permanent repair approved.
  He went over every square inch of the roof and confirmed that the leak was just the tip of the iceberg.
  What really impressed me was his attention to detail.
  I have an engineering background, so that's one of the things I look for in situations like this.
  He saw other areas of damage I didn't know existed and didn't even have the thought to look for.
  He went over the property with a fine-toothed comb and took plenty of notes.
  But one thing that really stood out to me was he noticed an American flag in my backyard and asked me about it; once he learned that I was a Military Veteran, he looked me in the eyes, shook my hand and thanked me for my service, and promised to serve me with the same passion that I served my country.
  When the third-party inspector showed up from the insurance company, MRI walked them through the damage and took most of the stress off my shoulders.
  Then came the bad news.
  I was honestly devastated when the insurance company only agreed to replace half of the roof, but this is where MRI set themselves apart in my eyes.
  Shane kept his word.
  He advised me to request a re-inspection.
  This was a process that dragged on for quite a while, but he never gave up.
  The claim adjuster agreed to come out and take a 2nd look at the property, and Shane walked them through everything in great detail.
  When the insurance company agreed to cover the entire roof, you would think it was his roof being replaced because he was as passionate about the news as I was.
  I can't tell you how much that meant to me.
  But he didn't stop there.
  He made sure every single line item was correct on the claim.
  This was a very time consuming process that took many months, and required a lot of patience, but again, he never gave up.
  They eventually agreed to replace the garage door, which meant the world to me.
  But the defining moment in this journey was when they agreed to replace a damaged AC unit; Shane knew my policy better than I did, and he held my insurance company accountable to those standards.
  I couldn't believe my eyes and ears when I got that voicemail from the desk adjuster saying that they had approved a new AC unit on the claim.
  To say that MRI Roofing blew my expectations out of the water is an understatement.
  On top of all this, the impact-resistant shingles he installed on my roof ensures that our Home is protected in the event that our area gets hit with another major hailstorm.
  I wasn't aware that these shingles came with an incentive that added a discount to our homeowner's policy, but Shane explained everything to me and even provided a form that I was able to submit directly to my insurance company.
  MRI Roofing deserves way more than 5 stars in my eyes.
  It was, by far, the best experience I've ever had dealing with a contractor of any kind, and I've dealt with quite a few over the years.
  They made the entire process from start to finish as smooth and user-friendly as humanly possible, and the parts that were not smooth and user-friendly were well worth the trouble in the end.
  If you need help with your roof, and MRI Roofing shows up at your house and tells you that they are going to fight for you, believe it.
