    I purchased a top of the line GE washer and dryer pair from this business. One month in and the transmission blew. I contacted this business to ask about resolution options such as finding a repairman or exchanging it for a new one. The man who runs it said he didn't know what to tell me and that once I purchased it, it was up to GE to replace it if they see fit. He didn't know anyone who could help me and didn't offer any help. I understood, he was just selling the products. Well, that's what people need to know. He sells them and doesn't back them or test them to make sure they work. Also, a week later I approached another local business who informed me Tim knows the same GE-certified repairman they use and could have gotten a work order in for me with GE or informed me how to get a work order with GE.
