    We received several rounds of GREAT service with this company until an original groomer left and a new replacement groomer was hired. We were not nearly as pleased with the cut of the new groomer but were willing to give her a second chance.
    Our dog has NEVER had an issue with a groomer, handler, vet tech or vet. When one arose with the new groomer today, several unfortunate events occurred.
    Our dog was never groomed. We were billed $116 and all she received was a bath and her back nails clipped. The bill was outrageous and unfair. When we tried to pay a fair market price for services, we were threatened with legal action, bullied and belittled, not by the groomer but by the owners.
    Just as a previous review said, the owner was “unprofessional” in their approach to customer service, or lack their of , in this case.
    We were sent a short video clip of problematic nipping behavior we have never seen or heard from anyone in care of our dog. We will address it, but it was obviously cut and not the full scene.
    I do not want to threatened by someone I am paying for services, especially if the service was not conducted.

    This particular dog has a history of aggressive behavior with our company in addition to the boarding facility. The owner herself used the term “bratty” to describe her dog. She also stated we were the longest running grooming service she has had and bashed other grooming services. We only groomed six times. We are clear on our policy in our service agreement regarding aggressive behavior and hope for her and her fur baby the best.
