    6310 2000 a foundation for a
    16x40 shed house and 4200 for septic field lines on my behalf by daughter
    The payment was on my checking account. He only put in 180 feet of field line. He has been requested to put in the proper amount as required by Arkansas state law. I offered to pay up to $500 additional for materials required but only up to that amount which is 50% of the cost for additional material. I have requested his business license and receipts for the material already used. He has not provided that he has not provided any information showing he is even qualified to do this work. I would like a full refund of the $4200 since I now have to pay someone else to correct what he did not do correctly.
    I can get a copy of the canceled check for you that shows it was for the pad and the septic tank along with a small amount for some tree removal. I will have to go to the bank and get it. I could not print it off. He has refused to provide any information on his behalf or correct the issue.
